Proof-reader Needed 05 August, 2008 Like everyone else says, it's great for questions...not so much for the answers. Even just a proofreading would have been nice. I saw "sheer" and "shear" swapped three times (e.g. "wind sheer" and something like "due to shear thrust"). The lift equation was presented as a SUM of density, velocity, lift coefficient, and area rather than the product. And the list goes on....
But then again, it's great for questions to think about! It might be best to buy a used copy that's been marked with corrections.

Great 09 April, 2008 This is probably one of the best organized and satright forward aviation books I've come across. VEry well thought and the way the information is laid out makes it much easier to understand since it's progressive following a logical order of ideas, revisiting concepts from some questions to others that relate in order for the reader to fully apply all the knowledge in understanding more complex concepts

Ok For Tech Exams - But There Are Some Errors In It 30 September, 2007 Good book I bought to catch up on some of the questions you always get, when you have oral exams, and want to explain something difficult in a simple way - this book does the trick.
But, lookout for the errors - not all of the information is totally correct - when you simplify things, often the knowledge gets so compressed, that errors are bound to occur.

Technical Pilot Interview 04 September, 2008 Some subjects are a bit short handled, some are a bit simplistic.
Overall good, interesting, memory-resfreshing.
Useful as a complement of other studies.
