Wow! 13 May, 2009 I was not feeling very well when I ordered this book: tired, depressed, muscle aches....I was feeling really old at 42! Well after reading the book and following the plan outlined in the book, I'm starting to feel much better! Muscle aches have diminished greatly...I have A LOT more energy...and I feel like the dark cloud that was following me around has dissipated! And I'm really only following the food plan for breakfast and lunch...I can't wait to see how I feel when I can convert to doing it full-time!!

Not Reccomended 24 February, 2009 ok if u want to go 100% vegetarian, but hard for most to do.
they have since gotten divorced, and he has gone back to eating meat!

Disapointed : ( 16 March, 2009 Maybe because I am fairly new to ordering from Amazon I was under the impression that I was ordering a hard copy but recieved a paperback. So for all you newbies make certain you are ordering what you want. It also took over one month to get to me! My local bookstore was going to be able to order it and get it to me within a week but I thought well let me order it and have it delivered right to my home in the same time. Not so... I had placed another order just 2 days later for another book and recieved it in 3 days! So overall I was not thrilled with my ordering off of Amazon.

Amazing Health Tips 25 May, 2009 This book has wonderful healthy tips for eating that are simple to follow and help to lose weight and keep it off. I recommend that every person read and follow the advice given here.

It Works 07 May, 2009 There are many who criticize this book for not being accurate in regard to science. Perhaps to some degree this is true, but the fact is that eating more fruits and veggies is awesome for you. Its hard to argue with the results. Nuts and whole grains are proven to be good for digestion and have antioxident properties.
I do find it difficult to follow the diet when I am eating out with others, but it is doable. The food combining is questionable but it does seem to make you feel better and food seems to digest quicker using the techniques.
I lost a great deal of weight when following this books recommendations.
