Great For Novice

This book was purchased as a precursor to lessons and purchase of a horse. We had riden horses in our childhood, but that was some years ago. Excellent beginning point to make lessons more productive.

This book is helpful if you want to learn new things about horse back riding and how to handle new techniques. I think that it is a good book for the price and I used it whenever I began horseback riding to learn some of the terms.
