Concise, Clear Approach 05 June, 2008 Par for Dummies series -- very informative, useful, clear and easy to read. Lays out upside potential as well as downside risks. As an adjunct, I've been using a beta service at realquest dot com which lets me search for pre-foreclosure, foreclosured and bank-owned homes in my local area. Perfect combo.
