A Perfect Reference Book 10 August, 2007 I had always procrastinated writing business letters(letters, faxes, e-mail messages) especially the important ones, thinking I could never write well enough to explain my ideas.
Now I have a concrete 6-step process + several examples which lead me to write what i want in the best way.
