Great Story, Terrible Materials 07 March, 2008 When we first got this story as a gift from my mother, we were delighted and our son loved it. Then we looked at the back and saw it was made with the toxic chemical PVC and immediately took it away from him.
We would give it away so another child can enjoy it, but we won't bear the moral responsibility of letting other children gnaw on this toxic book. The recycling centers won't take it, so I'm going to throw it away.

Great Book 10 July, 2006 My 10 month old son loves this book, we have to continously read and reread this book or he will cry, real tears and all. My husband, the grandparents, and I dont even look to read this one. I would recommend this book for any baby the pictures are bright and colorful, and the story is short and sweet, enjoy with your little one.

Colorful And Durable 01 February, 2007 I bought this book for my baby when she was 10 months because she had been chewing on her board books and destroying them. Not only does this book hold up it has become one of her favorites. It's bright and colorful and she loves the rhymes. She will find this book amongst her toys and bring it to me to read. She's 12 months now and she's been learning body parts. When I read the passage in the book about the "long-nosed alligator" she points to her nose and smiles.

Cutest Bath Book 12 February, 2007 Okay, so my son doesn't actually read this in the bath. He's taken to chewing and swallowing chunks off of the board books so we had to make some changes. I particularly like this book because of the material it's made of, its durability, the story and the pictures that I ask my son to point to. I have all of the Baby Einstein bath books; this one is by far the best one. "Water Water Everywhere" comes in a close second.

Look Out, Made Out Of Pvc 04 December, 2007 I really thought this book was cute--until I noticed it's made from poisionus PVC! I cannot believe Baby Einstein is still selling this book.
