Beautiful 21 November, 2006 I bought this book for my husband who has everything fishing related and it was a great buy. He loves it and it looks great on the coffee table. The pictures are awesome. Also I can plan vacations to all the places that I already wanted to go to and now I can convince him to go with the prospect of fishing there.

A Major Disappointment !!! 28 March, 2007 Contrary to the title, many of the worlds best known and highly regarded destinations are not even mentioned. What about Australia, New Zealand, Panama, etc? 40 percent of the book is devoted to Florida! Beautiful photographs do not make up for the lack of useful information. Save your money.

I Will Go For Middle Ground 08 October, 2008 I bought this as a gift and can not speak to it's value or lack or anything really. Sorry.

Fly-fishing 25 July, 2006 This is the BEST fly-fishing travel book I've seen.
It's informative and well written....and tells you how to
plan and put together 15 different fly-fishing trips.
Where to go, and what equipment to bring.
The book is loaded with beautiful and fantastic color pictures.
Pat Ford's photos alone are worth the price of the book.
An excellent value !
