I bought this for my daughter and her husband who were experiencing some marital difficulties as newlyweds. After a couple of months they were getting along better, they were a lot closer and their relationship was stronger! I guess it really helped them get through their problems and learn to have a greater respect for each other. This has great exercises each week:
