The Perfect Atlas For Us 09 October, 2008 We are homeschoolers and were looking for an atlas to accompany our geography curriculum. I borrowed this particular book from the public library. We were so impressed, we decided to purchase our own copy. I felt the price was great for something like this - oversized, beautiful color photographs, satellite images; political and physical maps of each continent; just about anything you could ever want from an atlas. The text is geared towards students - my own children are 9 and 11.

Everything You Would Expect From National Geographic 04 July, 2008 I got this for my twin girls who are in Third Grade, and they really enjoy it. It has the excellent National Geographic maps and a lot of information packed into its 192 pages. It also has links to their webpage spread throughout for an interactive experience. This atlas is a great resource for young explorers curious about the world.
