Enlightening
15 February, 2010
This book has me thinking "generationally" about everything. It's not difficult to read, and offers lots of practical information about the characteristics of people from the four generations currently around. It offers advice for business dealings with people from different generations. It seems a little repetitive at times, but it's an easy read - I flew through it pretty quickly.
