From Fatigue To Fantastic!
31 August, 2009
This was an excellant name for this book and very informative. I've had CFS/Fibromyalgia for years, yet all my MD's thought I was just crazy and looking for pain pills. Thank God for Dr. Titelbaum; I feel 60% better already just in a month following his suggestions. I can also call his hospital or go there if I were to get worse. There is even a Plan of Care via the Internet or phone besides his book. The natural herbs are affordable and safe to take... I looked them all up. I'm also a retired nurse so that's a plus for me in understanding what he says even though it is in 'plain' english. This book is the best 'under $20.00' I ever spent!!!

Helpful, Hopeful Info
17 February, 2010
FINALLY a book that explains what's going on and what to do about it! Those who suffer from CFS/Fibro (and their close friends & family members) often have GREAT difficulty explaining to others exactly what this syndrome is. This book clearly explains the basis of this particular auto-immune condition and gives helpful, hopeful, & realistic suggestions for managing one's daily life and activities with regard to CFS/Fibro. The fact that the author is a CFS sufferer as well as an M.D. makes him doubly credible.

Great Book
27 December, 2009
This book is written in lay terms and is therefore very easy to follow and understand. Dr. Teitelbaum seems to know his stuff, and certainly does understand the problem of fatigue and the many other medical problems that it can lead to. I'd recommend it to anyone with unanswered medical questions.

Finally!!!
19 October, 2009
I almost cried when I read this book because it explained so many things that were going on with my body. I have been trying to treat my symtoms seperately with different doctors and this book made me realize that most of my problems are connected and stemming from the same thing. I love the fact that it takes a combination approach of Rx and natural remedies. well worth the read.
