Let me start off by saying I'm a novice with Home Improvement projects, I bought this book because of the excellent reviews. So many helpful step by step projects with PLENTY of pictures, so easy to follow and understand.
This is the 4th Black & Decker book I picked up, they are much better than some of the other home improvement books out there. Couldn't say enough good things about this book!

If you're someone that loves learning by SEEING than this is your book. I went to borders and flipped through many home improvement books and this one, even though its super heavy, had the best pictures.

Just bought a first house and had to do some repairs. From installation and cutting of base moldings, this book gives good tips and makes work easier. With this book, "even a caveman can do it" :)
