This book contains a lot of information that explains how to use most tools. I was disappointed that example pictures were so tiny that I had trouble seeing the difference between the before and after pictures. It wasn't a matter of space available, because there were full page photos that seemed to have nothing to do with the text. The enclosed cd had lots of free tubes,but I would have liked to have seen some of the example photos included so I could try for myself,what I was reading. If you want to teach yourself how to use this software I would suggest reading some book and this one isn't bad.

• Works Great On My Vista 64 Bit Os

I'm still trying to learn all the in's and out's of this program, and it does do a LOT of things. I did get a manual with the product and bought a book to go with it also, both are helpful. As are a number of my friends who also use this version.
It's a bargain for the price and performs flawlessly with my Vista Home Premium 64bit OS.

This book covers the full spectrum of possibilities in Paint Shop Pro X2. It is loaded with screen shots and photos and is written in a style easy to understand. Trash the instruction manual you got with PSP and use this. Well worth the investment.

i think paint shop pro is kind of confusing and i would NEVER have figured out how to use it without this book. there are so many things you can do, you need to buy this. lots of pictures and easy to follow.
