A Must Have!
16 March, 2007
Like all technical manuals, this author goes through the steps on how to do this or that. As you read on however you will notice a difference that only years of experience will bring to a subject. There are many helpful notes covering useful information. Don't stop reading after you figured out how to accomplish a task, the next page could save you a good deal of time.

As a new SMS Administrator I had lots of questions about the processes of SMS, even after taking both MS classes. This book covered all my questions and all the software delivery process flows along with excellent help with troubleshooting failures. This is my new SMS bible and is my constant companion.
