Terms of Service:

1. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Agreement
Bublos.com ("Bublos") welcomes you to our website. Bublos provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may occasionally be subject to revision. 2. Description of Service
Bublos provides users with access to a variety of resources, including various shopping services, search services and personalised content. These services, which include various tools and services yet to be developed, are hereafter referred to as the "Service". You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Bublos to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Bublos, such as service announcements, administrative messages and other Bublos messages. You understand that unless explicitly stated otherwise, these communications may not be opted-out of. You further understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Bublos be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

3. Registration Obligations
The registrant or user ("User") must be at least thirteen (13) years old to register for the Service. If any information provided by User is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Bublos have the right to terminate User's account and refuse future use of the Service.

You understand that through your use of the Service you consent to our collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.

5. User Account and Password
Bublos cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the following, or if you are deemed to have not been responsible in guarding the privacy of your username and password. Users who create any type of Bublos account, be it a standard user account or a business partner account, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Bublos of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

6. User Conduct
You agree to not use the Service to:

a. make available any Content that is unlawful or in any way objectionable. In the event of discussion about what Content is obectionable, and what is not, Bublos will be the sole arbitor and decision maker;
b. harm minors in any way;
c. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Bublos official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
d. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available;
e. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
f. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
g. act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service;
h. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
i. collect or store personal data about other users;
j. you agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface provided by Bublos

You acknowledge and accept that Bublos may disclose your account information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any legal process; (b) enforce the TOS or (c) respond to your own requests You may not attempt to circumvent or otherwise manipulate any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, or distribution of the materials provided on the Service, either in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

7. International Use
You agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United Kingdom or the country in which you are resident.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Bublos and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Commercial Activity
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Bublos Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

10. Amendments to the Bublos Service
Bublos reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, partially or in whole, the Service, with or without notice. You agree that Bublos shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or closure of the Service.

11. Account Termination
You agree that Bublos may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, terminate your Bublos account, and any access to the Service. Bublos is the sole arbitor of any such action, and no discussions may be entered into.

12. Third-Party Websites
You acknowledge and agree that Bublos is not responsible for the content or services provided by external sites ("third-party sites") or resources, and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Bublos shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

17. Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software, including but not limited to the source code provided in the web pages of the Bublos website(s), which may include HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and other technologies, contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand and agree that:

a. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bublos and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any Kind, whether express or implied.
b. Bublos and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that
i) The service will meet your requirements, or will be without error, or will be uninterrupted
ii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable;
c. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

19 Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Bublos and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, Agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any damages whatsoever, for any reason whatsoever.

20. Trademark Information
The Bublos logo and service names are trademarks of Bublos Ltd. Without Bublos prior permission, you agree not to display or use the Bublos logo or service name.

21. General Information
The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bublos and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Bublos with respect to the Service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other Bublos services or affiliate services or merchant services.
